     Approved Realty was formed in 1998 by Owner/Broker Brent Gray. Mr. Gray has been a licensed real estate broker in the Hot Springs Village area since 1976, which is longer than any currently active broker in the area. He is also a licensed state registered real estate appraiser. For a time during this tenure, he also owned a complete full line insurance agency, and was a registered representative with the National Association of Securities Dealers.
